Express delivery via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or equivalent is available.
If you would like to upgrade to express shipping, please email us immediately after placing your order at support@nickapparel.com.
Weโll respond with a quote and invoice for payment.
Express shipping costs around US$30โ$50 per item, depending on your country.
Please note: delivery times increase annually in NovemberโDecember due to carrier overloads. Be patient during these months.
๐ Order Processing Times
Processing time must be added to shipping time to calculate total delivery time.
Processing takes 3โ5 business days for quality checks, packing, label printing, and dispatch.
Most orders ship within 1โ2 business days, but can take up to 5 business days during holidays or major sales.
โ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
If you wish to cancel, please email support@nickapparel.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, cancellation is unlikely.
๐ซ Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.
A 30โ50% restocking and shipping fee may apply.
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
We cannot reroute a package once shipped. If your parcel goes missing in transit, notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Nick Apparel reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
๐ฆ Separate Shipments
If any items are missing from your package, donโt worry โ we sometimes ship in multiple packages due to weight or stock location.
Simply email support@nickapparel.com, and weโll verify it for you.
๐งญ Lost Parcels
Nick Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package has not arrived after 75 business days, please obtain proof from your local post office stating that no package from our address has been received. Once confirmed, weโll send a replacement.
๐ Order Tracking
When your order ships, youโll receive an email with your tracking number.
If more than 6 business days pass without this email, please contact us at support@nickapparel.com.
๐ฌ Delivered But Not Received
If the tracking system shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Nick Apparel is not responsible for delivered but unreceived orders.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable or returned packages.
Returned packages may be destroyed or lost in transit, as return postage is not prepaid. If we do receive your return, additional fees will apply.

All orders are fulfilled directly from our international partners in Turkey, Hong Kong, and China, allowing us to offer you the best prices on quality products.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email stating that your order is awaiting fulfillment โ meaning itโs queued for shipment.
