At Nick Apparel, we maintain high quality control standards to ensure that every product we ship is in pristine condition. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.

We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival.
In the rare event that your order includes a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects.
Please note that minor color differences or size variations of 1–3 cm are normal in the apparel industry and do not qualify as defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

Items returned with visible signs of use β€” such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains β€” will be refused.


πŸ“¦ How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nickapparel.com to receive the return instructions (including the return shipping address).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item is valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

⚠️ Important:
Do not send your return to the address listed on your shipping label. That is not our return address.
Items returned without prior notice to our Support Team will not be accepted.


πŸ’° Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns due to change of mind, please note that the original shipping fee (USD $5) will not be refunded, as it covers delivery expenses already paid to our logistics partners.

β€œChange of mind” refers to any reason other than a defect in the received product.

⚑ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain product types cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason β€” no justification required.

Your item must still be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging intact.
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
