📦 WHY DIDN’T MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?

We ship from several international warehouses located in Turkey, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.
Because our inventory is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
This helps you receive your items faster.

You may receive one item before another, so don’t worry — your remaining items are on the way!
If you haven’t received all your purchases within 8 weeks, please contact us so we can check your shipment status.


🌍 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

However, we do not currently ship to the following locations:
Haiti; Kyrgyzstan; Madagascar; Mauritius; Bangladesh; Nepal; Nicaragua; Swaziland; Jamaica; Zambia; Ecuador; Peru; Bolivia; Chile; Argentina; Uruguay; Egypt; Sudan; Libya; Algeria; Angola; Bahamas; Benin; Belize City; Burundi; Dominican Republic; Gambia; Grenada; Cuba; Palestine; Paraguay; Guatemala; Reunion; The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Hawaii; Alaska; Guadeloupe; Martinique; and French Guiana.

All packages are sent via trackable shipping methods.
Once your tracking number is available, we’ll send it to you via email.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States, Canada, Mexico: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia: 10–15 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Brazil, Venezuela, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait: 10–20 business days

  • Lebanon, Colombia, South Africa: 15–30 business days

(Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)


⏰ HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 10–15 business days for the US and Europe

  • 15–25 business days for other international destinations

Shipping times depend on your location and customs clearance.


📏 HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item.
We recommend checking the guide carefully before placing your order.


💳 WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

🔍 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Once your package ships, you’ll get another email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 5–10 days to update after dispatch.

  • Tracking may pause during international transit and update again once the parcel reaches your country.


🧾 CUSTOMS CHARGES

The value and shipping details of your order are printed on a label attached to your package.
However, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your country’s customs office — we have no control over these charges.

As the importer, you are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

If you want to estimate potential charges, please contact your local customs office for more information, as these vary by country.


✏️ OH NO! I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER!

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email support@nickapparel.com within 1–3 hours of placing it.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make further modifications.


⚠️ WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

We take great care to ensure all products meet our quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@nickapparel.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will review the case and provide a prompt solution.


👕 GARMENT CARE & PRODUCT DETAILS

We know you’ll love your purchase from Nick Apparel!
Please follow the care instructions found on your garment’s label whenever possible.

If no label is available, care details can also be found on the product page.
Although hand washing is recommended, you may use a washing machine if you place items in a protective washing net.

Please note:
Slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
These differences are normal and do not affect the quality of the garment.
